As a guest staying at Senator Apartments in Dmytrivka street for my recent trip, I would like to highlight a few positive aspects. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the furniture was modern and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, swift, and provided excellent service. The location of the apartments was ideal, with plenty of dining options and attractions within a short walking distance. Additionally, the complimentary 1.5 liter bottle of water in the room was a nice touch.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. For the longer term stayed it would be ideal. The large television, the clean and tasteful furnishings, well presented kitchen and good bathroom are excellent features. The only two down sides of the Senator Apartments Excelsior Court are the location and lack of English of some of the staff. The Apartments are not close to the areas tourists would wish to see and there is a dirth of places to eat and shop close by. However, taxis are in abundance and the Senator Apartments staff have secured good taxi rates for their customers. We had a few mishaps with the staff and language but that can only be expected as we speak neither Ukranian or Russian.

This hotel offers a convenient location close to the city centre, with easy access to landmarks and attractions. Rooms are equipped with ample storage, great beds, and comfortable showers, making for a restful stay. Guests also appreciate the friendly staff, who provide helpful recommendations and go the extra mile to ensure guest comfort. Breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of tasty options to fuel a day of sightseeing or business.

Some guests have been bothered by noise from outside the hotel, which may impact light sleepers.

The bed in our room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the modern style of the bathroom. The location of the hotel was great - we found plenty of local restaurants and cafes within walking distance. we had a lovely romantic escape.

The staff were not very friendly and we felt like we were just another guest. Our room was not cleaned properly during our stay and we had to request extra amenities multiple times.

Reliable hotel for reliable money.

Impressive place for stay. Price still high as usual in Kiev but worth the money. Huge apartment, with very nice design.

The hotel/apartment we stayed at during our city trip was great! The staff was really polite and welcoming, providing us with free room upgrades and even congratulating us on a local holiday. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location was also quite good, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. Plus, we really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea service in our room.

The one downside we experienced during our stay was the lack of sound-proofing in the room. We could hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Very good quality apartment. A bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. And here the apartments are very well equipped and have an overflowing minibar and snack basket. Good coffee is available at a nice cafe next door. Transport from here is a bit difficult to the centre. The number 18 tram is good to the metro.

Very comfortable, extremely neat

The breakfast was very boring with no change from day to day. On arrival the receptionist made a mistake by take payment for two nights in stead of 3 nights. I pointed this out to her and she said that the additional payment would be made on departure. This was definitiely not communicated to the administrator. On returning to the hotel at the end of day 2, I was requested to talk to the administrator before allowing to the apartment. She was rude for leaving my baggage in the room without prior payment. This behaviour was unasked for and may impact in a negative way on the image of your business.

Hotel Senator in Dmytrivka street was a wonderful place to stay during my recent trip. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, exceeding my expectations. The value for money was outstanding, as the hotel offered everything I needed at a great price. The warm welcome and friendly service of the receptionists were particularly memorable. I truly felt like part of a family during my stay. I can't wait to return to this amazing hotel soon!
